Danny Skelly has had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, starting and running small businesses throughout his 20s. At the age of 33, he bought his first company, a motel in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He quickly expanded the business by adding a fishing charter business that was docked at the motel docks. Eventually, he sold the motel and moved to Southwest Florida, where he purchased a struggling print shop.

Skelly transformed the print shop by adding digital printing, graphic design, and web marketing and design services. Most of his clients were real estate companies and other businesses attached to the real estate industry. However, in 2008, the real estate market crashed, and Skelly sold the business.

He then moved to Taos, New Mexico, and opened a kids’ play center and restaurant. However, he soon sold the business and moved to Evergreen, Colorado. Eventually, he decided to get his employing broker license and open his own real estate company.
